Known by its famous representative, Pu'er. Dark tea undergoes microbial fermentation, creating a deep, earthy, and smooth profile with notes of forest floor, leather, and dates. Unlike other teas, it ages gracefully, developing more complexity over time.
*Brewing Tip:Use boiling water. Briefly rinse the leaves once, then steep.
